I always liked that Asian chicken salad at Chili's! I havent been there for years now but I got my memory jarred back to how that Asian dressing tasted and figured that if I don't get up to Chili's, I may as well have it at home. This works great with grilled venison backstrap taking place of the chicken!

Make the salad as you wish, I throw in cabbage with the lettuce and sliced almonds. Then comes the dressing:

3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger (more or less to taste)
5 Tablespoons honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Mix ingredients in a glass bowl and microwave 1 min to dissolve honey. Let cool and put in container for storage in fridge. Shake or stir before serving.
