Was wondering what to make the other day and had these ingredients on hand...

1/2 pound bacon
One inexpensive bakery apple pie given to me
Small block of Extra Sharp cheddar, Tillamook Cheese

Cut bacon into large pieces, brown,
Slice cheddar and cover top of a chilled, apple pie slice
Pile on lots of bacon, drizzle with hot bacon grease to soften cheese.

One of my brunch pies when I worked at the PWMA hunting club in central Mt. , was apple pie with ham.. awesome too.

Pies are my speciality. Any sort. Excellent crust. No brag, just fact.... lol huggs
