Wolf heres my two little voodoo heathens,,i couldn't get them to hold still for a group pic.the three year old is into trains big time,we have taken him up to Chicago a couple times on the Amtrak train.need to send him down to Swamps so they can tell each other their train stories .Image .pretty bad when he has to show paw paw how to use his tablet ...this is the 10 month old...Image....you can give him all the toys you want but he would rather take my little house dogs toys and tease her with them.....

About the 2 best "railroad stories" I like to share is that they paid regularly on the 1st and 15th.

I like the story that railroaders always pull out on time.

Picked up another couple marten last week as well as another fisher in fox snare. lost another lynx to a lynx as well. that makes 3 lost this year. Yesterday had a nice red fox eaten by a fisher. only a few sets out now and hoping for some more wolf action. put some pics on here later. First batch of long fur gone to Nafa and on the 16th the rest goes to FHA.

That's some cold looking stuff, Wolf!! We had 4 warm days but back in the freezer for the next 3.

My kid and a couple of his friends went coyote hunting today. It looks so easy on youtube, the magic of editing and not showing all the times when there's no doggies around or they don't come in. They saw zippy do da in several places. Maybe next time...

P.S. What's the size of bodygrippers that you use in your marten boxes??

That's what I thought. I wonder what that lynx was thinking trying to get its head into that sized hole!!

NonPCfed, what is left of that lynx was in a 280 LDL not a 120.

Amak that is what is left of a lynx in the 280. Lynx eat lynx up here if dead. How is your trapping going?

got this guy on Sunday with swamp

Image
wolf was odd, the biologist came over today to look at it . She figures a hybrid as i do. Coy wolf im thinking. anyway i will give them the wolf for further study.

Image
today went and pulled my wolf set and traps from south line. One wolf, 78 lbs and one red fox. To make swamps fur collection complete for north american furs this should seal the deal. He brought me a beaver skin and one beautiful bobcat with roseta spots. correct me if im wrong. Plus two tanned raccoon hides for the students.
