Post subject:  Venison Chili

(1) lb ground venison
(1) 12oz package fresh mushrooms (chopped)
(1) large green pepper (chopped)
(1) 14oz can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
(1) 14oz can corn (undrained)
(1) 6oz can tomato paste
(1/2) cup died onion
(1/2) cup diced celery
(1) 14oz can kidney bean (undrained)
(1) 14oz can navy or pinto beans (undrained)
(3) tbsp chili powder
(1) tsp cumin powder
(3) tbsp Red Hot
(1/2) tsp cayenne pepper
(3) dashes of red pepper
(2) dashes of black pepper
(2) cloves garlic (crushed)

Brown venison and drain.

Combine all ingredients in large pot or slow cooker and refrigerate over night.

Next day cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with fresh corn bread
