Post subject:  Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

This is easy and very tasty.

Large Portobello Mushroom caps
Minced garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt (I use Kosher Salt)

Lay the mushroom caps upside down on a plate. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms. Try to get some olive oil on the underside of the mushrooms so they do not stick to the grill.

Apply garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Slow cook on the grill over low to medium heat. They will be done when they are a juicy-looking chocolate brown.

These mushrooms are great with burgers, steaks or just by themselves.
