Ingredients:

1 Rabbit, quartered
2 Chicken Boullion Cubes
5 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp. Marjoram
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Frozen Green Beans
1 Can Whole White Potatoes, halved.
1/2 Cup Flour

Put the rabbit, water, boullion and seasonings in a crock pot on high for 4-6 hours. Remove rabbit, peel off all the meat and return to pot. Reserve 3/4 cup of broth. In a seperate container, take flour and gradually add the broth to create a paste. When mixed, add paste to pot and stir. Stir in vegetables and let simmer for 1 hour.

Thanks Lil Bit, I'm going to try that one. I have some bunnies around the house that I've been fattening up all summer. :D

Great! It also works well with squirrel and small game birds.

I love to eat rabbit and I was just wondering how everyone cleans them good enough to get all of the hair off. I always have hair trouble.

Well, the best way to keep hair off is not to pull the hair when skinning.

I cut from heel to heel, and then pry the skin off with my fingers until I can get my fingers around the leg to pull it clean off. Then, start rolling the hide down until you can grip the skin, not the fur. Then yank that baby loose, and the entrails will follow.

Because you're pulling skin, you're not dislodging the hair, so it doesn't get everywhere.
