Get a nice trout
Put some butter inside him
wrap him in tinfoil
and grill him up
when he's done the skin sticks to the tinfoil
so all you have to do is open the tinfoil and enjoy!
(watch out for bones)

They are good that way trapperboy. have you ever tried adding a little lemon juice or Old Bay? It's not just for crab and crawdad!

Mmmm crawdads. Never been much for grilled fish myself. If it ain't fried it ain't fish in my book, but I have been forced to eat grilled before. Grilled tuna steaks are great. Who knows trapperboy, maybe this will change my mind about grilled fish. Crap, now I gotta go fishing, that just breaks my heart.

Any luck with the turkeys yet? I heard 3 this morning then saw three more while out riding. I can't wait 2 more weeks!!

Yum! About 3/4 inch thick, turn the frying pan on high, a little salt and pepper on each side and sear those suckers for about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes per side.

And THAT is how you cook tuna. :D

I prefer adding a little precooked bacon to the inside of my trout. Hoping to get to that this weekend... season opened on Wednesday....
