Post subject:  beer and butter loins ?

i cant believe no one listed good old beer and butter loins
we used to skin about 12-14 deer a day during season we charged 1/4 loin for skinning them for people then we would simmer them in beer butter and season salt
4-5 of us slicing drinkin and eatin. cook could never keep up till about 6-7th skillet when we started to get stuffed
good eatin but youd pay the next day for the combination
