This is a very easy and delicious way to prepare deer
Thing you will need:
Milk
Hot sauce
Flour
2 eggs

Ok first u cut deer strips in a large bowl then cover the meat with milk then put a lot of hot sauce (just guess) and let it sit in the fridge over night. Then u drain the bowl and put 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Then put 1/2 cup of milk and 2 eggs in a bowl and stir them really good. Now roll the deer strips in in the flour then in the egg and milk mik mixture and back in the flour 1 more time. Them put some vegetable oil in a pan and fry until they are a dark crispy brown. And that's it a really easy a good dish.

Thanks redneckr3bel

I have also had great venison that was cooked over charcoal. Take your steaks or loin chops and smear with softened bacon drippings. Place over medium hot coals and turn frequently, adding more bacon drippings to keep the meat from drying too much. Drippings will melt off and land on the coals to "smoke" the meat as it cooks. Best venison you will ever eat. Probably bad for your cholesterol, but you might as well enjoy the ride.

Redneck that sounds almost like weiner snitzchel except for the hot sauce. White or milk gravy goes good on it too. Not much better then breaded and fried deer. We've cooked a lot last few months of game. I'll post some of the better ones.
