How does one go about waxing dirt?

It all depends on how hairy your dirt is. If so, slather on the hot wax along the grain of the hair, smooth the strip on along the grain of the hair, and then pull the dirt tight before ripping off the strip. The hair should come off. Use baby lotion to wipe off remaining wax and rehydrate the skin....

I like to wax my dirt on the grill. Buy the flaked wax (because flaking your own will make you want to shoot yourself) and then take a cookie sheet. Turn the grill on low and pile up the dirt. Leave the top of the grill open. Mix the flaked wax in liberally and toss. Let sit over the heat. You don't want to burn your dirt. Once the wax is just starting to melt, throw in a 5 gallon bucket and stir with a stick. This gets it all nice and mixed. This is how I do it.

But there are many other methods.

Sounds too painful to even think about. You ladies suffer so much for beauty...

pretty good article, i do things a little differently, will post some pics of my table when i get a chance.

I use a power sifter, sifts 15 gallons a minute. cement mixer to mix wax and dirt, 6 gallons every 2 minutes. My table will do 12 gallons every 4 hours during the summer sun. store it and it is done. I do about 250 gallons of dirt each summer. sell some, use most. wta
