Location: sw missouri
i live in southern missouri & we are getting a pretty good population of otter and i have no experince so i was wondering if someone had some advice :?

set the spill ways from beaver dams with a 330 or 280 conibear. Sure fire way to catch a few. Cubby sets with fish for bait can also work if you can use bait there. Trail sets with conibears are also good, depends upon your trapping regs. I use 220 a lot for those smaller trails and get a lot of mink and marten bycatch. 280 wouth be better then you could get coons as well. I set them upside down to increase the mink bycatch, with the trigers a little wider that right side up.
