My pup became a Canadian Champion this past weekend at the Cornwall shows the hard way by taking a Group Four. :) Yayy!

Ok, you're gonna have to talk in layman's terms for those of us that don't know the lingo. What did that all mean?!?

My puppy went first in his class (cause he was the only one), then went first over all the dogs (males because he was the only one aka. winners dog), was best of his breed (beating the female class (Hey, I am talking about a female canine here)), but that only gave him one point. He went in to compete against all the other herding dogs, and out of all the herding breeds in canada that competed, he was declared the 4th best in the group. Which gave him another point. He only needed 2 points for the 10 to finish. :) He got the other 9 a couple of months ago when we went up for the Montreal shows.

So, at less than a year old, he is an Int. Ch. because he's conformation (beauty) titled in multiple countries, with two working titles (Herding and Obedience).

I'm proud. :)
