Yeah, you could wind up like Bobbitt. His wife cut off his equipment a number of years back. Guess she was really ticked at him.

It is a cutter, but not for wire or bolts.

It's a "Keystone" dehorner, for removing the horns from cattle.


I have my Dad's, that we used on yearling sized cattle.
