Today we were all to go ice fishing for some more lake trout. Snow is melting good but my drainage ditch on the south side is still full of snow and the water is starting to back up. So I opted to stay and dig out. The water is draining good now and will have no problem with water coming close to the house. The rest went fishing but will all be here for BBQ ribs tonight.

Hey, I see a gravel road! I bet you haven't seen that since October, right Wolf?

TT they only caught two trout but said it was very windy on the lake and cool. Think I made the right choice.

Yes swamp spring is here finally. Will be awhile before it's all gone.

chieftain you should move up and join the polar bear club

Start of November for sure TR that I could see gravel in the driveway.
