Sorry I have not been able to be online in the last week or so. It's been a little busy. :D

So... since all of our close friends and relatives were up to help out for our Cranberry Festival last Saturday The Hot Chick and I planned a "Employee and Volunteer Appreciation Party" Sunday morning at a little cabin close to town. In reality we surprised everyone by getting married. So after eight years, six months, three days, eighteen hours and twelve minutes of dating we finally got hitched. I married my best friend and I love it.

Thank you! In reference to the kilt--it's in my Scottish heritage. Here are a couple of family photos from approximately 1928.

My Grandpa--

And my Dad--

As an aside... the cane they are holding is still in the family, my brother now has it. You can't really see it in the pictures but my Grandpa (a very good artist) carved that cane, there is a mink carved into it on the big bend near the top.

Thank you! The piper is a good friend of ours who owns a local shop specializing in Irish items and to a lesser extent some Scottish gear too. Here is Steve's website-- http://www.legendsofthecelts.com/
