I noticed a nice little trick the other day when I was on the spotlight trip. When we saw the coyote I sucked on the back of my hand to make a little squeaking sound and the yote just sat down and looked at us. He must have thought that we had a little mouse or something. This I would asume could work well when hunting. When the criters get close.

That does work well. It will hold the critter in place for an extra second or two, which can make a world of difference.
