 Post subject: One Dead Red

Dont have any traps out right now due to deer gun season in PA and NJ starting this week but we had some snow today so i went out and did some calling in the afternoon....this nice male fell victim to 12 guage Dead Coyote T shot at 40 yards.

i dont know any off the top of my head but ill ask some poeple that hunt them hard around here. they will probably know more than i do.

i asked around to some of the guys i thought might know and they dont hold many on this side of the state. some close to the NY border but i never got a location or anything like that. i hear there are a few toward the middle of the state but never got a location on them either.

thanx for asking around...i found a few of them on the internet...there is one that is really huge and the money is good $7600.00 for first place last year...40 counties involved.....i think im gonna do that one...i will probably be huntin in central PA in centre county...probably around sproul state forest.

i think i been by there once but i cant remember. id like to get in one but im not to good with a call yet. once i get a free moment im gonna do some callin but work has me strapped when they call me in an hour before i have to be there to fill in for someone they cant get ahold of :evil:

i use mouth and electronic...that fox came into a electronic rabbit distress...i have the original foxpro (before they got priced RIDICULOUS)...it only has a few sounds so i also use alot of mouth calls.
