Couple years a go while on the fox line I took a break and ate a sandwich of braunsweiger as I was walking through a fields. Well, couldn't eat the whole thing, was close to a set that hadn't been hit for a week even though there was plenty of fox sign around, so when I got to the dirt hole, without thinking I tossed the remaining 1/4 sandwich into the hole from 3 feet away and kept on going. Next check I had a nice grey dancing around. Haven't tossed any sandwiches into dirt holes since then, but as I was having lunch today I wondered if anyone else had used their lunch/snack as a whimsical bait.

I use a particular type of 'delivery' food in my Fisher sets that is quite reliable. :)

What can I say? The fisher love it... got the idea about three years ago when I was disecting a fisher to see what it had been eating and I found papa gino's papers and little remenants of bbq chicken pizza. So, I said what the heck, and started using it. I have to say, I don't think I'll ever stop. I catch too many fishers on that stuff! *LOL*

I tried sardines for coon once. 4 sardines per can = 4 sets right? Well, a sardine in the first set, eat the rest and use the empty can for the second set. Didn't pay off to well.
