I just sold four of my tanned pelts to a lady that came over for supper for 200 and change. :D At 45 a coon, I ain't complaining!

For an appetizer we had chili dip, salsa, sour cream and nacho chips

Rabbit squirrel and dove stew
Moose steaks
Venison burgers
Pork ribs
Potato salad
Baby green salad
Corn on the Cob

For desert a raspberry ice cream truffle cake. :)

sounds like a good meal we had grilled venison fajitas last nite and for the first time I had leftovers made way more meat on purpose.

They are a popular breed of people up here in Massachusetts. The weekenders that like to go to their 'cabin' that was purchased out of a catalog... with all their 'vintage' 'authentic' wilderness stuff.
