Does anyone have a recipe for rattlesnake? This is no joke. My daughter and I are going to try rattlesnake for the first time, and I was just wondering if any of you have eaten it before , and if so, how was it fixed? Thanks.

I have had several of them and dipped in egg/milk and rolled in seasoned flour and fried is the best imo. It is really pretty good, even got the wife to eat it, but there ain't much there.
