Good Evening Everyone,
We are in the process of selecting a small group of staff writers for Trap and Trail Magazine. These writers would work with us and submit an article to us each and every month. They would be regulars in the magazine, and eventually take on their own department within the magazine.
If you are interested in being considered for a staff writing position at Trap and Trail, please feel free to contact us. You can email us at trapandtrail@hotmail.com. Please title the email Staff Writer Trials. We can also be reached via phone at (507)-429-2227. When you email or call, be sure to let us know what your strengths are. For instance, are you a canine trapper, water trapper, bear hunter, cat hunter, trap collector, trap tuner, or predator caller. Once we know what you specialize in, we will have you send us a manuscript packet for review. As with any national publication, these positions are few in number and quickly filled! Call or email us before they are gone!

That's awesome Bill. I could send in a few good stories but don't think I'm good enough to be a staff writer. Good of you to give people a chance. 8)

Be a great deal for somebody that wants to do it and dont mind all the time it would take.. Personally I like to trap, fish, hunt, shoot, and a hundred other things too much to be tied down to something like this.

I told a guy, whom for a while held our State record flathead catfish record, one day in his bait shop that he had the perfect job. He asked me if I liked to fish, and I said I did. He replied dont ever run a bait shop then, cause you wont ever get to go. Seems when fish are biting, people expect bait shops to be open... seems kinda related here..

This is the same theory I have about being obligated to meet a deadline.
