Alaska Trappers,
Trap and Trail Magazine is based out of Houston MN. and we are looking to expand out reader base, and writer base. We don't see many articles about marten, fisher, lynx, wolf, or wolverine trapping, and it's definitely something we want to get in our magazine. We are asking for you to send any articles you have, photos you have, or stories you'd like to share about trapping in Alaska! It was a boyhood dream of mine to live in a remote cabin somewhere in Alaska and trap for a living. As you can see, I'm not living in a remote cabin as I'm emailing this message to all of you. Please help us out and send us anything you have! We would love to put you on the cover of Trap and Trail and in the pages of it as well!!! We are also looking for staff writers at this point in time. Someone who could be an authority on trapping in Alaska would be a great addition to our magazine. Please see the details below!!! Thanks Everyone!!

Staff Writer Trials:
We are in the process of selecting a small group of staff writers for Trap and Trail Magazine. These writers would work with us and submit an article to us each and every month. They would be regulars in the magazine, and eventually take on their own department within the magazine.
If you are interested in being considered for a staff writing position at Trap and Trail, please feel free to contact us. You can email us at trapandtrail@hotmail.com. Please title the email Staff Writer Trials. We can also be reached via phone at (507)-429-2227. When you email or call, be sure to let us know what your strengths are. For instance, are you a canine trapper, water trapper, bear hunter, cat hunter, trap collector, trap tuner, or predator caller. Once we know what you specialize in, we will have you send us a manuscript packet for review. As with any national publication, these positions are few in number and quickly filled! Call or email us before they are gone!
