I'm sure everyone has heard by now the stock market situation. Wall Street took a big hit but that was triggered the collapse of the Chinese market. For those of you who remember the communist regime scares, most of you would say, GOOD FOR EM'. Unfortunately. not only this hurts the world economy but us trappers as well. Things were already bad but at least a market for quality coyote, fox and fisher did exist. I guess we'll see what happens this season.

It is what it is Rick. Only target which species might bring a decent price. In a couple weeks we will have our fall meeting and both auction houses will be there and they will look into their crystal balls and tell us the future for this year.

I predict the fur market will suck this year. Pretty bad when we depend on China for good fur prices.
But it's our own fault, or rather the guvment's fault. When you are 18 trillion dollars in debt, it is a point of no return.
