That is some case of road rash. I suppose that the rest of you wasn't covered with metal, so you probably look like the loser of an eight round bout with an unhappy badger. Hope you heal fast.

The road rash on my belly and side is a lot worse. Very painful
Now that its cracking etc. I looked on line as to the care and healing
Of roadrash and there seems to be two schools of thought.
One, to keep the wound soft with salve and covered. The other
Is to let it open to the air and scab over. Im going with the
Second. Plenty sore but no infection.
I contacted a pow/mia site years ago and got the bracelet chosen randomly and
Sent to me. I wear it nearly every day and am glad i had it on that night.
Oh by yhr way. Backstrap for supper.
