Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself and give a few fun facts about myself. Im Micah from idaho and Im and avid outdoorsman. This is my first year trapping and I'm hooked. Unfortunately I only know one trapper and he is not one to help out an aspiring trapper so all of my learning has come from a book I ordered off the net and various internet videos. So I joined this forum in hopes of learning some tips from the pros.

Welcome to WAT, hope you enjoy it here. Lots of good trappers here that know their stuff. There is also a search option towards the top right of the page that has a butt load of old topics and info that will help you out too. Good luck in your trapping ventures.

Welcome to WAT Traphard.
There are a bunch of guys who know there stuff on here! They have been very helpful to me over the past year. I am still asking questions and trying to learn, and they still try and help this slow learner.

Thanks for making me feel welcome! My main target is beaver, mostly because there are so many around my area. I have caught 10 so far this year but its only because of the large number of beaver in the area, not because I know what I'm doing.
