Just finished canning some turkey. Breast is trimmed and cubed and canned in pints. Legs and thighs are trimmed, de-boned and in quarts. 2 turkeys usually fill a canner.

LOL............looks good doc. never tried canned turkey yet. but if it is anything like canned deer meat. it should be great...thanks

Man, I just have a heard time with canned meats lol. Just seems odd to me, but I guess one of these days I just need to try it.

Canned meats are great, you ought to try it. Our canned deer meat and pork is great too.
