i eat a lot of fish, when i cook them they get rolled into mustard then breaded and deep fried. really good. Minly do this on catfish. but other fish just as good.

Here in the deep south we do the mustard and flour mostly when we have someone who is wearing false teeth and don't want to get the meal under them. That and some kids don't like the meal. We seem to enjoy catfish just about any way it can be prepared. They may be UGLY BOTTOM FEEDERS, but looks ain't everything. :D

In Louisiana we big fan of corn meal.Try batter you up some beef finger steak dipped in milk,egg and mustard--Then salt and black pepper you some flour---Roll finger's in seasoned flour then drop in fry daddy. :)

Woooo HC...where's the french fries, ketchup and Tabasco?!? That kind of food will make you slap your Momma!!!!! Might even have some white gravy to sop it in......
