Hey Guys,

I have been looking at this site for a while, and I just got my account activated! I am in located in Stevens Point during the school year, and Waunakee during the summers. I am hoping to run my first trap line this year. I did my trappers ed course 2 years ago, but I haven't had a chance to really try trapping yet. Last winter my Uncle's dog got sprayed by a skunk on my Grandpa's land, so my Grandpa showed me how to trap some skunks, and I ended up catching 6. That is the extent of my trapping experience. I work with a guy who used to do quite a bit of trapping, but has since gotten out of the sport and he is going to let me borrow some of his traps, and I also have a few dozen of my Grandpa's old traps. I am looking forward to meeting you guys on here and I will have plenty of questions in the upcoming months. Good luck to everyone this season,

I am from Waterford and i took trappers ed this year over the summer so this is my first season so far so good. I have trapped 4 coons and 3 opossums in dp traps having trouble bringing them to my traps not to sure on the best way to lure them in and the best bait to use any help would be great, hope i can help out on here too just got permission to trap some private land for beaver. hope all goes good hoping for the best.

shut up nate! your only 30 minutes from me! was 20 but i dont live in glenwood anymore! if you need some tricks you can swing out with me next year

I googled clear lake so that I could see how far away we are it said 53 minutes but i bet it's a little faster than that. Clear lake looks like a lot of farm fields. There's a lot here but not as many.

take 94 (freeway) exit at the hardee platter straight shot to clear lake, i make the trip in about 30 minutes
