first shoudler mount i got to try my wife aunt got it in bow season bigest one she ever got with a bow and she trusted me to try and mount it Image

i tryed to edit my post but can seem to find where to any how the deer head is still wet so it kinda looks funny once it dries ill be able to paint it groom it and make look alive again ! what do ya'll think!

Looking good! The detail works always makes things stand out. Do you have an air brush or just do the painting by hand? I still paint by hand because its mostly just fooling around for me. I'd starve to death if I had to do taxidermy for real money. I just don't have any speed and to make any money a guy has to be good and speedy!!

i did buy an airbrush but im still workin with only painted a couple critters with it . and yea im like you i only do it for fun all my family and buddies bring there stuff to me to mount up for them i kept turn the deerheads away cause i thought it was gonna be hard to do one but it really wasent bad at all so the pa deer seasons starts this monday and i hope they all bring their deer to me :D if any of them can shoot straight enough get one :lol: :lol:
