(2) lbs of ground small game meat (I use both rabbit and squirrel together)
(1) 10oz package of noodles (I like egg noodles but use what you like)
(1) medium onion chopped finely
(3) tbsp salt
(1) tbsp black pepper
(2) tbsp thyme
(1) 16oz can of cream of mushroom soup
(2) cups of milk
(2) cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
(3) eggs (well beaten)

Brown meat & onion together, don't drain. Then add soup, milk, and seasonings then mix well. Refrigerate over night.

When ready to bake, cook noodles until tender then drain. Then mix noodles together with the meat mixture in a casserole dish. Pour eggs over top & then add the cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done. Serve with baked biscuits

Sound good but I think you should put in more spices according to taste. I'd add 2 cloves fresh garlic, 1 tsp basil, and 1 tsp oregano. I just have a thing for cooking with alot of herbs for flavors.
