I have a 2 blake and lamb #4 jumptraps mabe a couple of others. The #4s are in really good shape. I was told that they are worthless traps even though they are in good shape. I was going to experiment with them this fall and see if there was a difference between them and other brands. I heard that the #4 B&L jumps will not hold anything compared to victors and other brands. If you want them they are for sale but I would go with victors.

Those B&L are good traps if they are in good condition. Most of the B&L that I have ever used actually had stronger springs than the Victors.

I was just reporting what I had heard. I am going to experiment with them the fall. I have never used them so I have no experience with them. I was just saying what a few other trappers had told me. Thanks for the insight. =)

I know you were just repeating what you were told. I was just saying what I have learned in the past 25 years as a trapper.
