quick and easy and good with beer

take and cut breast into bit size pieces. put bacon in mircowave to get about half done (to the point where its still soft) usually about 2 mins. then wrap the bacon around the pices of goose and hold together with tooth pick. then cook on grill. usually only needs 10 mins but depends on size of pieces.

if you like a lil bite use pepper bacon but any kind will work

usually one pound of bacon will do 2 breast depending on size of bird

we do the same thing with all of our meat but sometimes we wrap the meat around a jalepeno pepper and some cream cheese
