1.duck or goose beast
(everything is an estimate after this0

2. Marinade:
soy sause
1.5 times the amount of lemon juice as you do the soy sause
pepper
-let sit in marinade atleast an hour and turning to evenly marinade every half hour.

3. grill

pretty simple and tastes amazing on a toasted bun and a slice of cheese

Any kind of duck better then the other? Buddy has 20+ snow geese in the freezer think theyd be good for it? We grill alot of stuff so it sounds good to me.

i did it with mallard. i plan on doin more experimenting after this fall. gotta get more birds in the freezer first

Ive got some tame mallards in the freezer that I figured we might as well eat as the bobcats so we'll have to give it a shot.
