This resipe has a little kick to it.
Marinated 1 pound of Backstrap Medallions in with Louisana Hot Sauce.
Put a few drops on each peice(3-5 depending on how hot you like it)
Add old bay, garlic powder, parsley, oregano and a little pepper.
let sit for atleast 48 hours. Pan fry in butter or canola oil.
