Ingredients: 1 Jar of Hoison sauce (found in chinese section of super market)
1 Jar crushed red peppers (hot)
1 Package venison loin chops
Directions: Mix hoison sauce and red peppers (add hot peppers to suit your desired hotness)
Place venison chops in a large freezer bag with sauce and marinate overnight.
Cook on low heat on the grill to your desired choice (rare, med-rare, med -well etc..) and enjoy!!! Venison is best cooked to med-rare in MHO.
