I usually keep this one yo myself, it's well liked by my friends and family, but I figured I'd share it with yous

This will make enough to fill a normal sized spice container that you'd get at the store. You can cut it back to just try it. I mix all the ingredients into a mortar and pestle and grind it all up together. It also works very well on pork too. I just premix a bunch and then coat the meat generously a half hour or so before I'm ready to cook.

(2) tbsp oregano
(2) tbsp paprika
(1) tbsp onion flakes
(1) tsp sage
(1) tsp rosemary
(1) tsp salt
(1) tsp garlic powder
(1/2) tsp black pepper

This is the family friendly version. It's nice and herby but not spicy or hot.

If I'm going man style I'll add:

(1) tsp cayenne pepper
(1) tsp white pepper
(1) tsp jalapeƱo pepper
(1) tsp Hungarian wax pepper

It not only adds some heat but the flavors mesh well together, as well.
