What is needed:

1, Aluminum Foil

2, Cookie Sheet with a lip around the edges

3, 1 teaspoon of salt

4, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

5, 1/2 teapoon of onion powder

7, 6 teaspoons of brown suger

8, 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

9, 1 squirrel
You want to make a pouch out of the aluminum foil by taking a large sheet, fold in half, it must be large enough to completely surround the squirrel and seal it.
Mix salt, pepper, onion powder and brown sugar then spread and pat it all over the squirrel but do not rub it in. pour the liqid mixture into the pouch but do not wash of any of the ingredients that were patted on the squirrel.
Fold and seal the pouch thoroughly. You do not want the steam or liquid to escape. Then, place the pouch on a cookie sheet and put it in a pre heated 325 degree oven for 90 minutes. The cookie sheet is for any liquid that may escape.
This may work on the grill or open fire if the heat is kept fairly low also.

When done, the meat should fall off the bone and have a sweet savory pepper flavor.
