So every one calls me nuts when i tell them this recipe till they try it

fillet of salmon, ( i personally prefer sockeye, ocean caught coho, or atlantic salmon) sprinkle with alittle bit of garlic salt, a dash of black pepper, a dash of seasoned salt (larwys is my favorite) a tbsp of butter spread across the top of fillet, and heres the weird part for most people brown sugar, and don't go crazy but don't skimp either! Then just bake or grill till meat flakes apart.

If any one has any other seafood/salmon recipes i got a heck of a list of them living in alaska :P

we do the same thing but we use Johnny's seasoning salt and add lemon. its delicous, especially when we are lucky enough to get a winter white king!
