Cut your venison steak or roast to strips not to thin. 3/8"-1/2"
In fry pan medium heat add canola oil, put strips in leave till blood comes to top
Flip them wait till blood comes the other side
Lower heat to low, add enough water to barely cover strips
Add your spices - I like kansas city steak spice
When water is about ready to cook out of pan its done.
Good appetizer or main course
