 Post subject: Release of liability

I was wondering if anyone had a release of liabilty for an NWO. This would be a Huge help. I have tried to look around on the internet, but came up empty.

I don't have one. I have a business LLC, which by this I understand I can only be sued for what I have in the company. Supply of traps etc.
I always have a very good understanding with the customer when I agree to trap a nuisance critter.
I probably should have some kind of written liability release agreement drawn up, but if someone wants to sue you these days, they will find a way.

Mine states that they are not liable for any injury incurred on a job and I am not liable for anyone or thing that might be damaged by the trap or trapped animal. Also that they are not liable for anything of mine that gets stolen or damaged unless I can show viable reason that they or employees of theirs had anything to do with it. It also sets the amount of trapping days my weekly fee and per animal fee as well as stating that removal of animals doesn't guarantee they will not return and there is no guarantee to how many animals willbe removed. It also has a permission to trespass part that allows free access to the hiring parties land.
