Hey yall, I see there has not been much activity here lately. I am in West Tn, and would like to see others from here. Brownsville here.

Would be nice to find others in the area to meet with sometime.

Season for us has been slow. My wife has been sick for a long time, but did drive to the docs today in Memphis herself. It is the first time she has driven in 7 months. She has been in pain for such a long time I have not got out and trappped much but this is the first she has felt good in a long time. It looks like we are going to set Friday night if the weather is right and the water has gone down enough.

We had a sale here, and coons did good, compared to last year, with put up being mostly in the 10 to 12 with a few going for 30.
Green I understand went for 5 to 8. Cats were off some and otter not as high as last year.

I trap now because of my daughter that is 12.1 (13) and she loves it, and she makes all her bait and lure herself! She mainly goes after coons and cats, and I go for the water critters.

I wish you luck up there, and holler if you get down this way.

Hang in there Catman50plus, we have to play the hands we are dealt. I have had weather issues over here in east TX and have yet to set a trap. I planned only on dirt sets and days of raining do not make for great dirt setting situations around here. I hope your wife continues to heal.
