I received a survey from the game commission in the mail last week and they asked me a few questions. One of them kinda threw me off, they asked what trapping technique I used and one of the options was a conibear set. PA law states that you cannot set a conibear outside a water coarse. I know in places like New York and Maine they catch fisher in leaning pole sets using them. I was just wondering if any of you guys who got a fisher license this year got this survey? And, are they asking this question to see if anybody set an illegal set? :--?
