I caught a fox this morning in a leghold w/a drag attached to it. He got about 10yds. away before he got tangled up on top of a brush pile. I ended up having to shoot her and of course there was blood. I did remake the set, but will this deter anything else from investigating this set again?

There is no other set better than where you caught the first fox don't worry about the blood as long as its not in the circle where you caught the fox but in your case with the drag reset- as soon as possible!!! You will catch another one actually set 2 one where the first one was caught and one off to the side!!! Good luck See ya
