I finally got my grades up enough. I got permission to trap a creek somewhat close to my house. I set some traps on saterday and checked them today I caught a kitty that I let go, caught a skunk that ended up in the creek (my dad won't let me bring them home) and I got a medium sized sow coon, and I found an old 220 that still works. I found some beaver dams up stream that I will trap when the ice thaws off. I think I will also set some K-9 sets.

I checked them and caught the same cat again which i released. It was really cold out last night and I don't think there was anything moving.

I didn't catch anything yesterday due to the extreme cold. when I went to set the coyote set I busted the head off my hammer when trying to pound in the stake. I am going to check them right now.
