 Post subject: "Robbed" Sets

Well, I used to have problems of my sardines getting eaten out of my Conibear-bucket sets. Now I use fish parts, but what do you think did it? :? :?:

Probably a coon. Are you setting your bait far enough back? If your bait is too close to the trap, a coon has no trouble reaching in and grabbing the bait without setting off the trap. You can also take a staple gun and a piece of tin, and staple it to the back on the bottom. Then, tuck your sardines and what not under the tin so they have to work it.
