For the past couple weeks I've been on a mission to catch my first skunk. Ive caught every animal in the area except for a skunk. I put out dirt hole sets and live traps set specifically for skunk. Of course possums and coons found them first but I knew there were skunks in the area so i kept resetting. Well today after work i ran my coyote snare line again and this morning when I checked they were all empty but sometime during the day the 40+mph winds blew over one of my snares and a skunk happened to wonder through and got caught. Imagine my surprise when I walk up to a skunk in a yote snare. I didn't even see it until I was about 5 feet from it and I about jumped outta my skin. The only other animal I want to catch now is a grey fox but I'm not really sure if we even have those in my parts. So many firsts this year

Hip snared. He hadn't been there long though. It wasn't cinched down completely tight yet. I have so many pictures from this year I would like to post on here but I just can't figure out the whole process.
