Has anyone or do any of yall freeze your dried pelts? If so, what do you think the best way is too keep them from ruining?

My buddy had a bobcat he had trapped in the Hill Country. It lied on top of his stretching boards, in his storage building, for at least 5 or 6 years. He threw it with my fur that I shipped to NAFA last year, thinking it might pay for the shipping. It brought $136. haha. The storage has freezers in it, running, and I think they help keep the humidity down in there.

Put your fur into garbage bags laying flat. Then squeeze down and tie the bag. I double bag my fur that Im going to store until the falling year. Lay flat in freezer. If you have to fold some fur that is to large to fit in the bag that is not a problem.

Thanks. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
