Can a fox or coyote still smell when the air is this dry? I have had a slow week the last week. Also i have had several traps getting dug up and i am extremly carful with scent and bait on traps. I havent ever had this problem before but i dont think its been this dry in Georgia since i started trapping several years ago. My opinion is that the air is so dry not only can they not smell the bait unless they wlk right passed it but i think they can smell my scent better because it stays for a longer period of time with wit no moiste in the air. Whats yalls opinion.
