anyone know what the deal is with all the freedom brand stuff out know? was this a big company that bought out a bunch of smaller places? , I was looking at the f and t catalog and almost everything is FB now?! :?

:lol: :lol: :lol: You noticed that too. This has all ready been on some discussion on the freedom brand DP thread just a few threads under this one. I've voiced my thoughts on the brand and locklear. I'll just leave it at that lol. But I am very disappointed in f and t, and will be using MTP from now on if I can help it.

There is the story about a large vegetable company moving into a farming community and outbidding the local buyers until they were all out of business. The farmers thought this was great....until no more competition was nearby and the large company began to lower their purchase prices. With no competition, the seller usually loses.

I see f&t has removed a couple of items that I use to make room for freedom brand junk. I think I will call them and express how I feel. I may just use mtp from now on, maybe if they lose enough business they will give the decision to sell all this freedom brand stuff a second thought.
