Post subject:  Skunk grades?

Hey guys, I had a question that I thought someone on here could answer. I had two skunks at this past nafa sale. They were in lots 11 and 12 for those of you that can look. My account said that they were labeled as f.s. which I have been told was full stripe, which is a good thing. I got 6.50 for those two, not complaining about that. But if you look further down in later lots, the same grades got a better price. Anyone have an idea as to why? I can't figure it out for the life of me. Thanks.

Thanks Jase. That makes sense to me. They leave a lot of details out which makes one wonder about reasons.

I never did before. I don't think I catch enough to make it worth my while. I caught three this past season.

You will get more essence than you think you will as long as they don't spray. I don't know that you will get a large quantity to sell if you only catch a few, but if you make your own lures and such, you will get plenty to use for that.
